My boys Lil Mama and Sticks drove up from Georgia to complete the triple crown.

I was so proud of them battling through some nasty pooping virus to complete their daily challenges.

I had heat exhaustion on day 1. Had to come off trail and recover. Day 2 was an amazing 18 miler with a 32 lb pack. McCaffe’s Knob and Tinker Cliffs. Beautiful.

Met Rev on the trail, a retired preacher from CA. Great discussions while making miles.
